I love this quote. However, I do disagree somewhat. For some people, veganism is a privilege that they cannot afford, be it because of their culture, socioeconomic class, or the availability of healthy vegan resources in their communities. But for those who have the knowledge, access, and privilege, this would be an ideal lifestyle.
